Hi, my name is Hosnia. I’m a speech-language pathologist working in the Greater Toronto Area. I’m passionate about making our job more fun and efficient for both ourselves and our students! When I’m not busy with my caseload or making articulation resources, I enjoy volleyball, Zumba, board games, knitting, and playing the ukulele. I love connecting with other speech therapists to share tips and I hope to share these with you all here, at the Speech Boat!

This blog is for the busy SLP looking for tips and activities to reduce prep time and create engaging sessions with students. With large caseloads and little prep time, we’re always looking for ways to reduce stress, be more efficient, and make speech therapy fun! I was inspired to create The Speech Boat as a place to do just that! This blog is a place where speech therapists can stop in, quickly get some great ideas to make their jobs easier, and get back to enjoying life.

If you want to be notified of new blog posts and resources, receive tips, tricks, free activities, and great deals all directly to your inbox, subscribe to my email list! Don’t worry; each email will be short and sweet since I know you’re busy!
